SW3 Boutique specialises in authenticated luxury and pre-owned designer goods. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before placing an order.

In-store purchases

Final Sale

  • All in-store purchases are final sale.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Please check the item, condition, size, colour, hardware, accessories and any signs of wear carefully before purchase.
  • Pre-owned items may show natural signs of use, which form part of their condition and value.
Shopify / Website orders

Final Sale

  • Orders placed through our website, Shopify checkout, payment link, invoice or WhatsApp are final sale.
  • We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless required by applicable law.
  • Please review all product photos, videos, descriptions and condition details before placing your order.
  • For security reasons, online orders may require ID and proof of address verification before dispatch.
TikTok Shop / TTS orders

14-Day Return Policy for Eligible TikTok Shop Orders

For orders placed through TikTok Shop / TTS, returns and refunds will be handled separately in accordance with TikTok Shop platform requirements. Where eligible and configured on TikTok Shop, customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, subject to TikTok Shop’s latest rules, category requirements, buyer protection policies and final platform decision.

Return condition

Item Must Be Unchanged

  • The returned item must be exactly the same item originally dispatched by SW3 Boutique.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent.
  • The item must not be used, worn, altered, cleaned, damaged, stained, perfumed or exposed to smoke, odour or moisture.
  • All original accessories, dust bag, box, authenticity documents, receipts and packaging must be returned together where applicable.
Anti-switch protection

Security Tag Must Remain Attached

  • All SW3 Boutique anti-switch / security tags must remain fully attached.
  • The security tag must not be removed, cut, damaged, replaced or tampered with.
  • If the tag is removed or altered, the return may be rejected where permitted by TikTok Shop rules.
  • We may compare the returned item against dispatch photos, videos, serial details, authentication records and condition reports.
If a returned TikTok Shop / TTS item is not the same item originally dispatched, if the SW3 Boutique security tag has been removed or tampered with, or if the item is returned in a different condition, SW3 Boutique reserves the right to dispute the return, reject the refund where permitted, and provide supporting evidence to TikTok Shop / TTS for review.
